Why do some countries request the UNSPSC as well as the GMDN classification?
- UNSPSC is recommended by the UN and world wide accepted. This Code applies not only for medicine products but also for all products world wide. GMDN is a spezial Code only for medicine products. This Code is important for official administration aims and is international established by now.
