Quality assurance
Quality is the most important issue during manufacturing our products. Therefore we have a control system which checks the physical, chemical and biological quality of our products. This quality control starts at the incoming raw material, through the production process an ends with the export of the finished product. Strict controls due to statutory provisions and specific standards go along with the product.
Because of continually quality workshops our employees are informed of the application of our products. All products are labelled in a way that retraceability through production period, members of machines staff and machines up to used base materials is warranted.Quality control process
Arrival control:All goods used for production (raw materials, films, etc.) are scrutinized in an arrival control and the adherence of agreed specifications will be checked.
Production process control:
During the in-production inspection the quality of the finished product is tested in regularly intervals with an individual and specific inspection plan.
Quality control in the laboratory:
Specific products are tested according to their utilisation.
Goods issue control:Apart from random testing of the quality issues of the finished product, all delivery relevant criteria, like labelling, packaging, documents etc., are inspected.
