How effective are the Cryo.s™ tubes are at sealing and providing a sterile closure?
Cryo.s™are sterilized with SAL 10-6. If sterile samples are filled into the tube under sterile conditions (sterile flow hood), samples will stay sterile. Cryo.s™ have an external thread with silicon gasket or an internal threat with sealing lip. Thus, Cryo.s™ close tightly and contamination of sterile samples in a closed tube are prevented.
