Is it sufficient to enumerate 10,000 cells per ml blood to securely diagnose MRD (minimal residual disease)?
- In this case only about 0.025 µL blood would be examined – a volume far to little for secure diagnosis. OncoQuick® provides the opportunity to examine 25 ml whole blood for residual tumour cells on only one slide.
