How can the ThinCert™ membrane be further processed?
The membrane of ThinCert™ cell culture inserts can be easily detached from the insert housing using a scalpel. Due to its anti-curling effect and its high solvent resistance the membrane may be further processed in standard histological and immunohistochemical procedures. The membrane can be cut using cryo or paraffin sectioning.
