Will your 24-well thinserts catalog number 662638 fit in 24-well plates from other manufacturers?
Well heights of multiwell plates differ between manufacturers, thus causing the risk of the ThinCert™ membrane touching the bottom of the well. We therefore do not recommend to use ThinCert™ cell culture inserts with plates from manufacturers other than Greiner Bio-One.
For convenience Greiner Bio-One delivers ThinCert cell culture inserts with the appropriate amount of well plates - all in one box. However, plates may be ordered separately, if the experiment requires additional wells.
